Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order but if not, please take the following steps and return the item ensuring it arrives to us within 7 days of the date you received the order:

• Fill in the reason for return on returns form.

• Ensure the item is in perfect condition with all original tags still attached in its original packaging.

• Please post your return item(s) to:

Once we receive the item(s) in the condition it left the shop, we will process the refund. Refunds can only be made via the debit/credit card originally used when placing the order.

Please note:

We ask that you take good care of the item when it is in your care. It must be returned to us in a manner ready for resale. We can only accept returned goods if they are unworn, unwashed and with all labels still attached.

Please ensure you are not wearing fake tan, make up or excessive perfume when trying on the items you bought.

Footwear will only be accepted if unworn, unmarked and in their original, undamaged box.

For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot accept a return nor exchange of earrings.

Of course, these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend registering your return package and/or getting a receipt when you post it as we cannot take responsibility for any packages lost in transit. For reference, returning an item(s) from Republic of Ireland is circa €5 using Fastway Couriers.
